School Hours: 8:15AM - 2:50PM
Before School Supervision 7:45-8:15AM
After School School Supervision 2:50PM-3:20PM
Tardy: After 8:15AM - Please come to the office and get a tardy pass for your child.

Transportation Changes 
Transportation Home: Changes must be submitted by a note to the teacher or call the school at 488-7322. Changes cannot be made after 2:15 PM.

Sign-in 
All volunteers/visitors must sign in at the front office and receive a volunteer/visitor badge.

    Every year, students at Hartsfield have the wonderful opportunity to participate in the annual Science Fair. The Science Fair enables the students at Hartsfield to explore science using scientific methods. Every year, we welcome each and every child to participate in this fun, yet challenging event.   • Florida Standards Assessment (FSA)
    February 28th 

    FORTH GRADE AND FIFTH GRADE will take the paper-based Florida Standard Assessments (FSA) Grade 4 and Grade 5 ELA Writing assessment on February 28th. Your student will have an opportunity to participate in a practice session to become familiar with the item types and response formats he or she will see on the FSA assessments.   • Blast from the Past Dinner Showcase
    Thursday, February 23rd & Friday, February 24th at 6:30pm.  

    Tickets are officially on sale.  This is a show that will allow you to flashback and sing your favorite hits from your childhood. We have some exciting acts planned this year and I am here to ensure you, that you won't be disappointed.  We have acts such as Aretha Franklin, Beach Boys, Tina Turner, Madonna, Prince, Whitney Houston, Destiny Child, etc. CLICK HERE for Flyer.

    This year we would like you to dress in your favorite decade era. Decades consist of 1960s-2000s.  We will have prizes for the best dressed teacher or staff member!  

    General Admission Tickets are $10 per person which includes dinner and regular seating.   

    New: VIP Admission Tickets (are limited): $20 per person which includes dinner, dessert bar, appetizers, special entrance, and seating in the front at a round table.  First Come, First Served. 

    Reserved Table of 8 is $160 (Guaranteed all guests will be sitting together)

  • Lafayette Paseo Multimodal Corridor Project

        January 2017 - late spring 2017

     
    To improve pedestrian safety and mobility along the Lafayette Street Service Road and East Indianhead Drive, the City of Tallahassee will soon begin construction of the Lafayette Paseo Multimodal Corridor Project.  The work mainly includes construction of sidewalks, storm drain,  inlets, water and sewer adjustments, and repaving of the roadways within the project limits.     Osiris Harris and Jaleah Cohen

    Osiris and Jaleah are two of our esteemed 5th Graders that were recognized at the MLK Breakfast held at the Leon County Civic Center on January 13, 2017. They are perfect examples of many of the beliefs and ideals that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. exhibited throughout his life.
