Woodville Middle School is committed to working with our community to provide a nurturing, safe, and caring environment in which all students can learn. In pursuing this mission, we dedicate ourselves to preparing our students to become confident, self-directed, life-long learners prepared to adapt effectively to the world of the future.
The Woodville Education Foundation, Inc. has entered an agreement with the Leon County School Board to be the management company of our charter. This will ensure that our middle school students will receive a high quality education by implementing the Florida Standards to guide instruction and grade level expectations. Additionally, our charter will infuse the excellent core curriculum standards used in the Leon County School district with a unique emphasis on leadership development through the concepts of history, civics, and service learning. Our belief is that the middle school years is the time for students to learn to lead. What better place to do this than in the community of Woodville, surrounded by national and Florida History, as well as, only being a hop, skip, and a jump to our local and state government offices. Opportunities and resources to gain experiences that create strong leaders are endless!
