  • 2017-2018 Kindergarten Orientation

    If you’re zoned for Roberts Elementary School and have a child who will start kindergarten in 2017, please save the date and join us at two important events that will take place in April. Our 2017-2018 Kindergarten Parent Meeting will take place on Thursday, April 6, 2017 6pm-7pm in our school cafeteria.  On Tuesday, April 11, 2017, we invite all 2017-2018 kindergarten students and their parents to attend a guided tour of our campus, meet and greet other future Red Foxes, and enjoy playtime with refreshments on our kindergarten playground (weather permitting).

  • Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day

    Leon County Schools will be participating in the national Take Your Daughters and Sons to Work Day on April 27, 2017.  Students in grades 3 – 8 are eligible to participate.  Please note, however, that the school principal has the authority to deny participation if it would interfere with the completion of a state required assessment.

    Student Intent to Participate in Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.

    This form must be submitted to the participating child’s school prior to April 27, 2017.

  • Registration for Zoned Students NEW to Roberts

    We will begin registration for Kindergarten and first through fifth grade students NEW to Roberts beginning April 7. For your convenience, we’ve added an on-line Student Registration form to our website.  The process is easy, just complete the Student Registration Form, print it out, and bring it with you to Roberts Elementary with the required documents for registration.  We will have other paperwork for you to complete that is part of our registration packet, but this will save you a lot of time.  The additional documents required for new students are:

    • Certified Birth Certificate

    • Florida Certificate of Immunization (form DH680)

    • Student Health Exam (form DH3040)

    • 2 Proofs of address (1) lease agreement, property tax record, mortgage statement 2) utility bill, driver’s license, phone bill, etc.

  • Teacher and Staff Appeciation Week is May 1st - May 5th.

    Nearly 10,000 lbs. of peanut butter & jelly was collected during this wildly successful food drive. Congratulations to everyone who participated. LCS students are always willing to help those in need!
