To enhance and improve current employee relations and practices consistent with Leon County Board Policies, Collective Bargaining Agreements, the Florida Department of Education and Florida School Laws.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
o Promote and uphold productive, professional, and positive working relationships with management, classified and academic employees.
o Promote a workplace free of unlawful discrimination and harassment through District trainings; fair and consistent complaint investigative processes and procedures; and efficient representation for all complainants and respondents District-wide.
o Promote collaborative and productive relations with the Leon Classroom Teachers Association, the Leon Educational Staff Professionals Association and Local 1010 of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades.
